How to make Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees. Using cooking spray, lightly grease a baking sheet.
Step 2: Place the potatoes, stuffing, and turkey in a large bowl. To taste, season with black pepper. Mix well and shape the mixture into balls. Firmly press down each ball to make a snowball.
Step 3: Onto the prepared baking sheet, place the balls. Put them in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and transfer the turkey stuffing balls to a plate and coat with hot gravy. Enjoy!
Notes:
This recipe does not need exact measurements. Just mix equal parts of mashed potatoes and stuffing, then half of the shredded turkey.
You can re-coat the balls in seasoned panko and fry them in butter and grapeseed oil. Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature. Shape the balls and press them one by one on panko.
Fry the balls in butter and oil once ready to serve. You can place the balls in the fridge before frying if they are very soft.
