1 (1-lb) roll breakfast sausage , cooked and crumbled
1 (8-oz) cream cheese , softened
1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies drained very well
2 (8-oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 375oF
Mix together sausage, cream cheese and drained Rotel tomatoes with green chilies.
Divide the rolls into triangles. Each triangle should be cut in half along the length to make two triangles. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the sausage filling onto each roll. Roll up.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
