INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 C parmesan cheese
- 1 C Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using a small bowl and whisk, combine the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder
- Rub the pork chops with olive oil and coat the pork chops on both sides with the seasoning
- Place onto a cookie sheet fitted with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 45 minutes
- Flip them over halfway through to get a golden crust on both sides
- Plate and serve!
