▢2 lbs little potatoes (halved or quartered)
▢3 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
▢4 cloves garlic (minced)
▢1 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled)
▢1/4 cup green onions (sliced)
▢1 tablespoon smoked paprika
▢1 tablespoon onion powder
▢1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
▢1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
▢kosher salt and pepper (to taste)
▢sour cream (for serving)

Line a 6-quart slow cooker with foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray.
Add half all the following ingredients: potatoes, cheese, garlic, cooked bacon, green onions, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning and cayenne pepper.
Season with salt and pepper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Fold in the sides of the aluminum foil around potatoes.
Cover with the lid and cook on low until potatoes are tender, 2 to 3 hours.
Serve sour cream and topped with green onions.
