Easy No Bake Reese’s Bars
1 c. salted butter, melted
1 c. smooth peanut butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 12-15 crackers)
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
One 11.5 oz. bag milk chocolate chips (about 2 c.)
In a large bowl combine everything but the chocolate chips into a wet but spreadable batter. Spread the mixture into a 9×13 pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Next, melt the chocolate chips, either using a double-boil method or the microwave at half power (if you microwave, be sure to stir it every 30 seconds or so to prevent scorching). Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter and spread evenly. Jiggle the pan a little to smooth out any bumps and refrigerate for an hour or so. Enjoy !
