
INGREDIENTS:
Ground beef 1 lb
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
12 oz egg noodles
2 cups sour cream
3 oz cream cheese
½ chopped white onion
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
HOW TO MAKE HUSBAND’S DELIGHT CASSEROLE:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cook the pasta until al dente in a large saucepan of salted boiling water. Drain the pasta and place in a bowl.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet on medium heat. Season the meat with garlic salt. If necessary, drain the fat. Mix in the marinara sauce. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine the cream cheese, onion, and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix well.
Place half the noodles in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Next, place the meat mixture. Then, add the sour cream mixture. Finally, add the remaining noodles.
Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
