What is needed
Two 8-ounce containers of room-temperature cream cheese
If needed, one 8-oz. bag of coarsely chopped chipped dried beef
1 1/2 teaspoon with a Sauce made with Worcestershire pepper
half a teaspoon of flaked garlic
half a teaspoon of celery powder
Three stalks of finely chopped green onion, plus more for garnish (optional)
Ritz crackers, for use as a salt garnish
Get a big bowl and add the softened cream cheese. Chipped meat and green onions should be mixed in with a wooden spoon or mixer.
After that, stir in the onion and garlic powders. [Add salt if you feel it needs extra seasoning after tasting it.]
Roll the mixture into a ball and place it on a sheet of plastic wrap. Seal the wrap securely.
Bring to room temperature for 20 minutes, or until set.
Serve unwrapped with crackers and more green onion for garnish, if preferred. Have fun!
