
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ lb. Ground beef
- ½ Medium onion chopped
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Cans Corn drained
- 2 Cans Green beans drained
- 1 Can Red beans rinsed and drained
- 1 Can Stewed tomatoes 15oz.
- 1 Can Diced tomatoes 15oz.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the ground beef and onion in a deep-sided skillet or stockpot over medium-high heat. Saute until the meat is completely browned and the onions are beginning to soften.
- Add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste to the skillet with the meat, and stir to combine.
- Pour the corn, green beans, red beans, stewed tomatoes and diced tomatoes into the pot or skillet,and stir to combine completely.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer, and simmer covered for 50-60 minutes, adding more salt and pepper to taste if needed.
