1 lb. crawfish tails (i use frozen)

1 lb. red potatos

to taste butter

to taste lemon pepper

to taste parsley

to taste Cajun seasoning

to taste minced garlic

to taste onion powder

Shredded cheese (your choice)

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°.
Sprinkle crawfish tails and shrimp with salt and rub it in good. Rinse all salt off with water really well, this helps eliminate any fishy taste! (And this method also works really well with fish)
